Brilliant and lovely welcoming place with exceptional staff and magnificent location in the mountains. A great selection of options, astonishing food. Location very close to the centre with good people, and restaurants, bars and nightlife. Plus, so close to Thamel Chowk. Great way to end our trip😀😀

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Well priced and incredibly beautiful place right in the heart of Kathmandu. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Great-sized rooms with hot shower and comfortable bed, as for instance, really really nice stay!

Nice location. Good view from the roof. Very friendly staff. Good price, Free wi-fi. Warm water in the room. What more do you want for 10 usd per day? :)

Had great experience, overall great place.

The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a very quite area, just off shops, restaurants and bakeries, landmarks and Thamel-old historical area of Kathmandu. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was awesome to satisfy everyone. I had double room that also was complete with balcony and the shower.

Fantastic rooms, clean and spacious. Great location in city center. Welcoming hotel with helpful staff. Organized trekking trip with brilliant guide. Allowed early check-in.

Staff were friendly and helpfull, they were great when planning trips and activities or asking for advise. Rooms were simple and small but good and clean, no bugs. It is located from within walking distance of many restaurants and sights in and around the Thamel area.

Electricity, wifi and water all stopped working at some point during our stay. Though for all I know that is just how Kathmandu works. The storage room they have is more of a pile of bags on the floor in a locked room so make sure to let them know if you wish to leave anything fragile when going out trekking. Its good location also means that noise can be a problem, bring earpluggs.

The staff; they were very helpful, gave us great advice on places to go and things to do, and most important were all very kind. The food was great, especially the momos (local food similar to Chinese pot stickers and Japanese Gayoza!) Yummmmmmy!

I had an amazing time at Khangsar Home! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I even made friends with some of them and enjoyed watching the World Cup together while sipping on tea. The location was perfect for exploring the local area and the travel desk helped me plan some exciting adventures. The room was clean and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great stay for several nights. My room with the shower and Garden and private bathroom was extremely spacious. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was awesome!

The friendly staff were very accommodating, the rooms were clean with hot water and felt safe. Airport pickup on time and safe too Great for the first few nights, very central and cheap compared to many others. Great for a few nights!
